EXAMINER'S CALL

The $49 Medical Card Kit — $49, one-time payment

The checker reads your verdict. The Kit gets you through the exam: documentation packets for your condition, the two 45-day form clocks run as a calendar, the official medication form packet, waiting-period calendars, failure recovery, and the examiner phone script.

What the federal text says

These conditions are judged under the functional clauses: interference with strength, coordination, sensation, reaction, and stamina decides, with the condition's progression rate part of the judgment. No condition-specific numbers are published. Early, mild, stable disease with strong specialist documentation is a genuinely different case from advancing disease — the examiner's job is to tell them apart, usually on shorter certificates when certification happens.

What that means for you

Documentation of stability over time is the currency. A single snapshot says little; two years of stable neurology notes say a great deal.

What moves the outcome

Bring longitudinal neurology records (not just the latest visit), a current functional assessment, and your medication list — several medicines used here are themselves reviewed under the medication exception path.

Which mode is this?

This question is NOT decided by federal text — the text leaves it to the examiner's judgment. Any site that prints you a pass or a fail here is inventing law. What moves this outcome is documentation, and that is what this page gives you.

Only a certified medical examiner on the National Registry can certify you. FreightVerdict reads the published federal standards — it does not certify, diagnose, or treat, and nothing here is medical advice.
