EXAMINER'S CALL
The checker reads your verdict. The Kit gets you through the exam: documentation packets for your condition, the two 45-day form clocks run as a calendar, the official medication form packet, waiting-period calendars, failure recovery, and the examiner phone script.

Benzodiazepines travel the same (b)(12)(ii) exception path as other prescribed controlled substances — prescriber advice documented, examiner decides — with the Handbook's attention fixed on sedation and on the anxiety or seizure condition underneath. Long-acting agents, high doses, and recent starts weigh heaviest; a stable, low, long-standing regimen with prescriber support is the strongest posture available in this class.
There is no published yes or no for your pill. There is a published process, and in this class the process and the documentation are the whole game.
Bring the Medication Form completed by your prescriber and a medication history showing stability. If your prescriber is considering changes for certification reasons, that is a clinical decision for the two of you — never a change to make unilaterally before an exam.
This question is NOT decided by federal text — the text leaves it to the examiner's judgment. Any site that prints you a pass or a fail here is inventing law. What moves this outcome is documentation, and that is what this page gives you.
Only a certified medical examiner on the National Registry can certify you. FreightVerdict reads the published federal standards — it does not certify, diagnose, or treat, and nothing here is medical advice.
